This was such a great read. I lowkey feel like fun is an important signal now. AI can make polished copy ofc, but it's way harder for it to make genuinely funny jokes/conversations. As long as AI can't do that, I think the internet will continue to be an engaging place for us to connect!

We seem to be trending backwards–Partiful is an extension of what early Facebook Events were, look-a-like contests are essentially Meetup.com...If we continue to use the internet to foster IRL connection, I'm hoping we can maintain some sort of connection.
